This Sancerre is produced on the eastern part of the vineyard Sancerrois on the communes of Saint
Satur and Menetreol under Sancerre. From flint soil it is characterized by its minerality, freshness and finesse. A nose on the white flowers, an elegant mouthfeel with a long finish.
Suggested food and wine pairing: Goat cheeses, such as Crottin de Chavignol, oysters with lemon and sauteed pork chops.
