Tasting Notes: Pale lemon in colour, with a fine, persistent mousse, our Gent is bursting with the fragrant aromas of elderflower and white blossom. Notes of mango skin on the nose continue on the palate, alongside sweet Granny Smith apple and the subtle hint of root ginger. Smooth in texture, with a bright acidity, it is crisp, elegant, and wonderfully aromatic.

Suggested food and wine pairing: Perfect with roast chicken, grilled fish and light seasonal dishes, yet just as appealing enjoyed on its own as a refreshing, easy drinking glass.
