Tasting Notes: The wine has a pale yellow colour with glints of shiny green. With complex aromas of blossom and white peach, it has a well rounded and lively palate.
The Estate: The Montagnac cellar was created in 1937. Now its soil stretches over 7 communes all along the Thau lake in the mountainous foothills of Hérault. Around 2,000 hectares are vinified on 2 different sites, a major part of which is located on clay-limestone soils with some pockets of marl as well. The climate is Mediterranean, dry and hot during summer, more temperate next to the sea.
Suggested food and wine pairing: Perfect aperitif, or to accompany seafood, fish and pasta dishes. Served chilled and consume within one year of purchase.
