Tasting Note: This wine has been spontaneously fermented, meaning no additional yeasts from outside the region are added and the character of the terroir is retained. A typically structured but approachable orange with notes of ripe tropical, stone fruits and herbaciousness, and hints of orange blossom, freesia and rose on the nose. The dedication to biodynamic, sustainable practises from this producer is reflected in the broadness of character this bottle displays.

Note- While this wine does not say 'sulphate free', biodynamic practises limit sulphites to those(significantly fewer) naturally occuring in low intervention wine making processes!

Suggested food and wine pairing: The Malvasia would work well with curries, tagines or any spiced dish. More generally, if the meal calls for a white with some gutsiness and structure, always try an on-the-lighter-side orange like this one!
