The Producer: Set in the celebrated viticultural region of Stellenbosch, the estate behind this wine selects fruit from older “bush vine” Chenin Blanc planted on decomposed granite soils. Extended skin contact, gentle oak influence and lees ageing contribute to its depth and elegance.
