Tasting Notes: Aged for 8 months in clay amphora to not alter the aromatic profile of the wine and keep he fruit pure and bright. On the nose, cherry, blackberry, liquorice, a hint of leather. The palate is round, supple, quite generous. Smooth, slightly silky mouth feel rather than structured with a fresh red fruit finish and a gentle savoury edge. 

Suggested food and wine pairing: Roast chicken / turkey, pork dishes, mushroom-based dishes, charcuterie and even slightly chilled with lighter dishes.
