Tasting Notes: From a small family-run domaine who have a traditional Burgundy approach where they focus on purity and terroir expression, not heavy winemaking. The En Jaron leans classic but with a bit of generosity. On the nose, apricot, white flowers, a touch of honey. The palate is fresh but rounded, with soft stone fruit. A little creaminess to give body and texture but overall a lovely mineral, clean, nicely persistent

Suggested food and wine pairing: Roast chicken / chicken in cream sauce or richer seafood (lobster, scallops).
