Producer Notes: Fabrizio Vella is a dedicated winemaker living and working in Sicily, driven by a deep connection to the island he proudly calls home. His vision was to craft a range of wines that are both personally expressive and true to the character of Sicily. Working organically with native grape varieties such as Catarratto and Nero d’Avola, Fabrizio has created four wines that are fresh, vibrant, and irresistibly drinkable—authentic reflections of their origin. The vineyards, located at elevations of 350 to 450 metres, benefit from cooler nighttime temperatures, helping to preserve the wines’ natural acidity and freshness.
