Tasting Note: Minimal intervention and cover crops planted to suit to local pollinators and on-site bees, with a strong focus on respect to nature. This producer takes responsibility to the land seriously, and it pays. Light bodied and delicate, raspberries and cherries and hints of cola lead on the palate, with aromas of tobacco and blackberry on the nose from one year in once-used oak. 

Suggested food and wine pairing: Lightly toasted espresso and tobacco flavours would marry this wine well to grilled or barbequed meats. Think venison, beef or even duck
