Tasting Notes: This remarkable cuvée comes from a family-owned vineyard passed down through six generations. The vines, now over 50 years old, grow on a distinctive terroir of galets roulés—rounded stones that retain heat and contribute to the wine's depth and complexity. Low yields ensure high concentration, and the wine is aged for over 24 months in oak barrels to develop structure and elegance.

In the glass, it’s rich, dense, and dark, with brooding layers of blackberry, roasted meat, and spice. Meaty and savoury notes intertwine with lush fruit, balanced by hints of charcoal and subtle oak. A wine of great intensity and harmony, built for longevity—drink now or cellar for years to come.

Suggested food and wine pairing: Perfect with slow-cooked lamb, grilled ribeye, duck confit, or hearty mushroom dishes. Also pairs well with aged cheeses and rich stews.
