Brut Tradition Grand Cru is a festive champagne "par excellence." It is the embodiment of the Delavenne house tradition, created from the vineyards in Bouzy and Ambonnay. Notes of apple fritter, fresh apple and lemon drops.
60% Pinot noir and 40% Chardonnay. No malolactic fermentation, no cold flash pasteurization so that preservation of all the best of the terroir. Vinified in Stainless Steel.
Récoltants-manipulants. This is a classification for Champagne producers who only vinify, make and market champagne from their own grapes. It is recognisable by the RM mention on the label. This classification is a sign of independence, and enables control of every stage of the production, as well as the quality of the champagnes.
