Tasting Notes: Pale yellow colour with greenish reflections. With a fine, small and well-integrated bubble. Aromas of white fruits (apple, pear), floral and spicy nuances, and a pleasant evolution towards notes of sweet ageing. The palate is fresh and pleasant with subtle notes of white fruit, nuts and pastries. Fine effervescence that brings creaminess and elegance, with a long fruity and aniseed aftertaste

Blue Fin, a Superior Reserva cava crafted in homage to the age-old tuna fishing heritage of Cádiz. Made from classic Penedès grape varieties, this elegant sparkling wine is the result of a unique collaboration between renowned chefs, sommeliers, and artists—united by a shared passion for gastronomy and bluefin tuna.
