Tasting Note: Silky smooth and complex, with great length. Drinkable now or in a few years, with its firm tannins and freshening acidity. A brilliant, classic Vino Nobile di Montepulciano with characteristic Violet nose. Aromas of red berries and a touch of vanilla, alongside flavours of cherry and plum. Big bang for buck - top quality from an organic, biodynamic producer.

Suggested food and wine pairing: Great with savoury, full dishes. Meatballs, bolognese, mushroom risotto. It would also work great with Tuscan lentil-based dishes. A classic 'pizza wine' too!
