It is a fine red, smooth and full bodied. It's the best organic red I have tried . I hope the Old Chapel Wine Cellars will stock more and continue to do so.
This is one of the very best Chablis I have tasted. It was bought for Easter and proved a very celebratory wine. It is a serious wine and one I would drink on its own rather than pair with food. It is rich, full bodied and less minerally than some Chablis. It is full of fruit and a light golden colour. Absolutely fulfilled expectations.
We tasted it for the first time before Xmas, It struck us that a little sweetness can go a long way. Far from being a "Demi Sec" it is a dry champagne for the evening. It has a slight sweet approach in the mouth, that makes it impressivly more versatile. It is however still full of flavour. We loved it, and will consume few of it, but will appreciate them even more. Thank you to the team for introducing us to that gorgeous wine, C+A

A very decent medium to full bodied French red.
Really good value for money. Unlike a lot of red wine, tastes good with no bitterness as soon as screwcap is released
