The story of Mas Olivier officially began in 1982, the date Faugères gained its AOP classification. However, the unique terroir, landscape and the people who have shaped its history go back far longer. Formed in 1959 by local growers, this respected Faugères co-op now produces over half the region’s wines. Its high, Mediterranean-facing vineyards and sustainable practices yield generous, fruit-driven wines with real character.
