Hattingley Valley Vintage Cuvée 2019 is an elegant and complex expression of English sparkling wine, combining precision and freshness with impressive depth and generosity of flavour.

Pale gold in colour, it displays a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is beautifully expressive, revealing inviting aromas of toasted brioche, pistachio and honey, lifted by vibrant notes of crisp green apple.

The palate is lively and refined, with layers of orchard fruit including green and red apple, complemented by bright citrus and the creamy richness of lemon posset. Excellent balance and freshness carry through to a long, poised finish, leaving a delicate impression of fruit, citrus and subtle toast.
