Bruno Paillard Premiere Cuvee Extra Brut Champagne

The signature wine of the Bruno Paillard House, Première Cuvée Extra Brut is a sophisticated expression of Champagne as a whole. This complex cuvée brings together fruit from more than 30 crus, sourced from some of the region’s most distinguished terroirs.

As Bruno Paillard himself explains, “a great Champagne is above all a wine made by blending: firstly of the crus and the grape varieties, but also vintages… always with this desire to capture the elegance that Champagne can offer when it is lovingly served.”

In the glass, it displays a beautiful golden-straw hue, accompanied by a stream of fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is expressive and inviting, revealing ripe aromas of grapefruit, redcurrant and morello cherry, alongside delicate notes of dried fruit.

On the palate, the Champagne has a lively, energetic attack, balanced by bright, refreshing acidity. The finish is long and beautifully clean, with lingering flavours of citrus, almonds and delicate toast, completing an elegant and refined Champagne.
