Tasting Notes: Traditional method Rose Champagne from a small eight-hectare vineyard. 36 months ageing on the lees to develop complexity and allow the various base wines to marry together.
At first floral, the bouquet centres in on elegant notes of rose. It then becomes more complex with aromas of fresh grapes and small red fruits. In the mouth this Champagne is very fruity, with hints of strawberry and raspberry.
Suggested food and wine pairing: Best served as an aperitif, or with a fruit salad.
