A pale straw colour with passionfruit, honeysuckle and peach notes. The palate is fresh and intense with lots of complexity and a long finish. Fermented using 100% natural yeast with 10% of the wine matured in new French oak, a further 15% is matured in stainless steel with the balance placed in old French casks for 8-12 months.
