Tasting Notes: This Albariño gives off aroma of pineapple, apple and citrus notes. The palate is delicate giving softness and subtle lightness on the palate.

Wine grown on 10 hectares of their own vineyard. An exceptional, balanced and unique Albariño grape wine. Single-varietal Albariño wine, made at the optimum moment of ripeness, after a manual selection of bunches in the vineyard, undergoing cold maceration to preserve the aromatic precursors and thus obtain a wine with great aromatic complexity.

Suggested food and wine pairing: Albariño is a fantastic wine to enjoy with Spanish tapas. It pairs well with a variety of small plates, such as patatas bravas (spicy potatoes), gambas al ajillo (garlic shrimp) or boquerones (marinated anchovies).
