Knightor, Portscatho Pinot Noir Precoce

Tasting notes: This wine displays aromas of morello cherries and sweet spice. The palate is light and full of red fruits, with just a gentle toastiness imparted from the oak.

Winemakers notes: Made from the superb 2022 vintage, the grapes were picked in near perfect condition on the 7th September. The grapes were crushed and fermented, then later aged in French oak.

Food Pairing: Ideal alongside roast lamb or pork.
