Tasting Note: Pale straw yellow colour with an attractive, floral perfumed nose. It is medium bodied with lovely apple and citrus fruit flavours supported by delicate notes of almond and candied peel. The finish is clean and refreshing - the perfect wine to drink by the glass. 

Suggested food and wine pairing: Lovely as an aperitif or pairs wonderfully with Italian-inspired seafood - vongole pasta, risotto or fritto misto.
