Tasting Note: A beautifully intense golden yellow wine. Fresh and elegant on the nose, opening with notes of white peach, pineapple, and delicate hints of lemon zest. The body is full and well-structured, supported by a light yet noticeable tannin, with flavours of grapefruit, fresh elderflower and savoury, persistent finish. Drink now or age to see some interesting development over a few years.
