Tasting Note: A surprisingly full bodied pinot noir from a great quality producer. Some wonderful complex flavours of cherries and a little spice embedded in delicate oak. This wine has some lovely soft structure from ripe but balanced tannins, with enough acidity to retain freshness. 

Suggested food and wine pairing: Pairs perfectly with poultry, pasta and mushroom-based dishes.
