Tasting Note: A wine with a strong qualitative imprint, a deep and vivid color, a dense aroma with typical cherry notes and a varied and complex bouquet. Smooth, gently spiced with a savoury finish. The wine has been spontaneously fermented, meaning no additional yeasts from outside the region are added and the character of the terroir is retained. While this wine does not say 'sulphate free', biodynamic practises limit sulphites to those(significantly fewer) naturally occuring in low intervention wine making processes.
