Tasting Notes: Organic white wine from Cantine Povero in Piemonte. This is a really food friendly wine with flavours of green apple, apricot and pineapple, finishing on that classic almond note typical to Italian wines. Great texture from a couple of months spent ageing on the lees. 

Cantine Povero have 35 hectares of vineyards in the heart of the Piedmont wine region. All of the estate is under organic certification.
