Tasting Notes: The nose is fresh and well open with aromas of stone fruits before evolving onto fruits in brandy, spices (pepper, thyme) and scrubland. The palate is supple and silky with very fine tannins. Notes of undergrowth and liquorice accompany the aromas of wild red fruits and black cherries on the finish.

5 year ageing potential

Suggested food and wine pairing: To be enjoyed with a fresh mushroom omelette, a fillet of beef, a homemade burger, a veal stew or couscous. With a creamy cow's cheese like Romans d'Isère.
