Tasting Notes: Margaret River has gained international recognition for its maritime influenced wines. At Flametree, the philosophy is based on producing distinctive wines that combine structure, elegannce and balance.

The nose on Flametree Shiraz shows lifted plum and spicy red fruits, leading into a palate of dark berries, liquorice and spices that is balanced by soft tannins. Aged for 10 months in large old French oak barrels.


Suggested food and wine pairing: Best when paired with flame grilled meats or slow-cooked lamb shanks.
