Tasting Notes: At first, very smooth and generous on silky and round tannins. This wine is already well balanced: young and harmonious. The finale is perfect smoothness. 16 months barrel ageing. 

Suggested food and wine pairing: Pair with traditional Lebanese Artichoke Stew, Spaghetti Bolognese, Cottage Pie, Roast Duck with Wild Mushrooms or if you are after somthing sweet, try a Raspberry Mousse.
