Tasting Notes: A mahogany coloured wine with notes of truffle, dark chocolate, cherry with well integrated tannins. Hand picked grapes are fermented in stainless steel, The Gradient is then matured in 40% new French oak with the remaining wine matured in 3rd fill barrels.
