Tasting Notes:  Organically grown grapes make up this Cava, showing upfront aromas of ripe fruit to begin, which, after a few seconds in the glass, are accompanied by notes of almond and cashew nuts. The bubbles are fine and elegant and show great integration and creaminess in the mouth, only interrupted by that fresh and slightly bitter finish. Aged for 12 months before release.

Suggested food and wine pairing: Perfect as an aperitif or with creamy cheese and vegetable tapas such as artichoke or asparagus.
