Le Véritable, Jurançon Sec (France)
A wonderfully fresh wine from the foothills of the Pyrenees. Lively, fruity and dry in style with tangerine and lemon aromas.
Lanzerac Chenin Blanc (South Africa)
The Lanzerac Chenin Blanc is packed with fruit such as prominent guava, tropical and citrus flavours. The palate is succulent fresh and lively whilst the oak maturation ensures a soft finish. The biggest component of the Chenin was fermented in a stainless steel tank to preserve pure fruit and freshness while a smaller portion was fermented in 4th fill French Oak barrels
Vilacetinho Grande Escolha (Portugal)
Citric and attractive aroma that reveals plum and peach assimilated with tropical and lemongrass notes, revealing itself in the mouth with a perfect and intrinsic mineral content.
South sun exposure, making it one of the most prosperous terroirs of the set to the production of ‘Vinho Verde’.
Avalon Chardonnay (USA)
Elegant and well-balanced, with aromas of orange blossom, Golden Delicious apple, guava with hints of vanilla and baking spices. These lovely characteristics flow through to the palate leading to a crisp and refreshing finish.
Coteaux du Giennois Blanc Les Beaux Jours (France)
A wine that seriously over delivers offering a Sancerre type character for a fraction of the price.
The Beaux Jours is produced from vineyards on the slopes of the Loire river at Bonny and Beaulieu and is a complex wine with great finesse. The vast majority of his holdings are in the relatively unknown Coteaux du Giennois with both chalky and flinty soils allowing Emile to blend inexpensive wines that deliver surprising amounts of complexity and concentration.
Diamantakis Diamantopetra White (Greece)
The aroma is elegant with flavors of pineapple, apricot and chamomile which are combined elaborately with vanilla, nuts and oak. In the mouth, full bodied with crisp acidity that integrates nicely allowing the fruit to be properly expressed. The finish is long with a wonderful aftertaste of apricot and vanilla hints.
The alcoholic fermentation is completed in oak barrels where the wine matures on its fine lees for three months. 80% of French oak and 20% of American oak.
