Wine and Dine
The Driftwood Spars are excited to announce we are pairing up with the talented people at the Old Chapel Cellars, in Truro- to host this event.
Head chef Tom Bennetts (only Cornish chef to make the Southwest Chef of the year 2022) has created 7 difference tasting dishes- each course is inspired from a different European country. Louisa from the old chapel cellars has then carefully matched each dish with a wine from that country and its your job to enjoy the food and drink- as well as try to work out which country the inspired dish and wine is from.
Due to theme of the evening, we will not be announcing the menu before the event as this would ruin all the fun and theme of the evening, however please list any dietary requirements which booking your ticket so we can ensure that you can join in at every course.
