Tradition meets innovation in this Czech influenced Pilsner style lager, which is brewed with a collection of exciting young British flavour hops. Generous kettle, and whirlpool hopping gives this beer a wonderful bouquet of stone fruit, citrus, and spicy pine, while the slow low temperature fermentation and long cold conditioning, rounds out the body and sets the stage for an assertive bitter finish. Unfiltered and with a deep golden colour, hop forward yet still beautifully balanced.
