Type: Red Wine
Grape(s): 100% Carignan
Wine Region: Faugeres, France
Tasting Notes: Manual harvesting and sorting are made at the vine and in the cellar. The wine is aged in terracotta amphora in order to maintain the purity of this wine from 100 year-old vines. The wild and balsamic nose leads us to notes of garrigue. Even if the mouth is full and rich, it remains supple and provides the flavour of the first Languedoc wines.
Suggested food and wine pairing: Perfect with slow cooked Daube de Boeuf and other rich stews.
