Tasting Notes: The Viura variety, native to La Rioja, gives freshness and the nuances of oak and acacia give it elegance and diversity. Pale greenish yellow with oak reflections. Aromas of toasted oak on a honeyed background of fresh fruit and ripe banana. Fresh and acidic in the mouth with nuances of oak that leave a sensation of caramel. The wine is rested on its lees for 3 months in a combination of acacia, French and American barrels.
