Tasting Notes: A minimum of 24 months lees aging takes place before this award winning Cava is bottled. The result is a pale yellow wine with fine and integrated bubbles. Notes of vanilla, pastries and fresh fruit on the nose. The palate is warm, round and very pleasant, with great structure and elegant mousse.
