Tasting Notes: This attractive, fruit-driven Chardonnay comes from the Murphy family’s vineyards in Australia’s Murray Darling region.Light straw in colour with aromas of stone fruit and melon. On the palate, flavours of nectarine and peach are plentiful. A soft and fruit-driven Chardonnay, with good balance and length.
Suggested food and wine pairing: Langoustines, clams and mussels. It is also ideal with flaky white fish.
