Tasting Notes: Rich, juicy apricots - the palate has good racy acidity with an abundance of rich stone fruit flavours and a zesty finish. Elegant and lively, this wine is diverse and flavoursome on the palate. Fresh fruit and white floral notes are followed by dried fruit.

The Estate: A family farm that has been passed down for 3 generations. Today, Guy and Olivier are at the head of a farm located on 13 hectares. The vines are located in the heart of the Chablis region and are worked with the greatest care and the yields remain voluntarily controlled in order to produce wines of great expression.
Suggested food and wine pairing: Pair with cray-fish in buttered sauce, grilled langoustine, vegetable terrine, sole in a tomato sauce, monkfish, scallops.
