Tasting Notes: La Condenada from Bodegas Artuke is one of Rioja's newest and finest wines. Jancis Robinson & Tim Atkin regard Bodegas Artuke and the Condenada vineyard as one of Spain's finest properties. La Condenada literally translates as 'The Condemned', reference to the fact that it comes from a vineyard that was abandoned.
Suggested food and wine pairing: Rioja is traditonally the perfect partner for lamb and La Condenada from Artuke fits that bill perfectly, would also be great with fillet steak.
