It's soft and fruity, easy drinking, with gentle tannins, very enjoyable making it the perfect wine to gift. To accompany the Tinto de Abel, we chose to showcase producer Domaine Corty with their Jurançon Sec. A dry wine with citrus & tropical fruits on the nose. The palate is complex; lemon & lime with hints of white peach and apricot. This beautifully balanced wine has the freshness of a Sauvignon Blanc and the honeyed richness of a Viognier.
