CHÂTEAU LA BIENVEILLANCE BLANC

Fleshy and round, this shows an attractive citrus character, accented by white blossom and yellow plum. Semillon works a treat with raw and lightly cooked shellfish, and especially with the flavours of the Pacific Rim; think soft-shell crab, barbecued king prawns, tuna tataki.

TENUTA DEL MELO GAVI DOCG

Colour is straw yellow, with greenish hints. The aroma offers a fine mineral feeling and notes of honey and candied citron. The grapes are handpicked are then carefully selected, destemmed and delicately pressed. The wine is left on its own lees for 3 months.

From organically farmed vineyards, this Monastrell wine shows deep red colour with flowery and red fruit aromas. Medium to full bodied, the spicy flavours will linger on the palate giving a long finish. Vegetarian, organic and low sulphur.
