Very pale straw colour with pale green highlghts. The nose is fresh and clean with citrus fruit and green apple.

Colour is straw yellow, with greenish hints. The aroma offers a fine mineral feeling and notes of honey and candied citron. The grapes are handpicked are then carefully selected, destemmed and delicately pressed. The wine is left on its own lees for 3 months.
