TASTING NOTES
A clear, light gold in colour. Fresh aromas of peaches, apricots and citrus fruits. The texture is very crisp with good acidity. The flavours are of stone fruits, white flowers with a dash of lemon and lime. Very bright and cleansing finish. Serve with linguine of crab and chilli, moules mariniere or a simple new potato salad.
A charming, fresh Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire valley that punches well above it's "Vin de France" label. Stashed with fresh citrus, gooseberry flavours and a mouth-watering acidity. Great for enjoying as an aperitif, with light fish dishes and perfect with fresh goat cheeses.
There's plenty of juicy red berries with silky smooth tannins and a crunchy, refreshing finish. A fantastic Pinot Noir to enjoy with grilled salmon or grilled tuna steaks.
This is a typical Rhone blend of 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah and shows complex dark fruits with garrigue notes on the nose along side the odd whiff of violets. The delicious and more’ish palate is rich and concentrated showing great depth and elegance through to the balanced finish.
