Flametree Embers Sauvignon Blanc 2019 (Australia)
The nose on the Embers Sauvignon Blanc shows plenty of varietal fruits in the kiwi fruit, lemon grass, passion fruit and lime spectrum. Plenty of fresh, crunchy fruits and wonderful crisp acidity.
Vire-Clesse Symphonie 2017 (France)
Located in the south of Burgundy (Mâconnaise) in the village of Viré. They produce white wines on the appellation Viré-Clessé. In the vines they work as naturally as is possible. Fruity, floral, full bodied.
Hawksdrift Sauvignon Blanc (Barrel Fermented) 2011 (New Zealand)
Hawksdrift is a family owned vineyard, located in the Dillons Point region of Marlborough. The Dillons Point area is in the East of Marlborough, near the sea coast. It lies close to sea level and has deep, fertile soils. Broad with a nose of ripe gooseberry fruit intermixed with spicy herbs and nutty barrel-ferment aromas.
Pies Negros Rioja Artuke 2017 (Spain)
Pies Negros from top Rioja producer, Artuke, literally translates as "Black Feet" - so called as they still tread the grapes! Very rich with dark fruit flavours and a lovely fresh vibrant floral note (violets) and a streak of chalky minerality - multi layered and delicious.
Ca dei Maghi Valpolicella Classico 2018 (Italy)
Brilliant ruby colour. Intense flavour with hints of cherry, raspberry and small wild strawberries. Harmonious, fresh, sapid and dry in the mouth with a typical aftertaste of cherry. Young wine which can accompany the whole meal.
Chateau Grandis 2010 (France)
Concentrated and complex on the nose, displaying dark fruits, tobacco and spices. Fine tannins bring together a balanced and flavoursome wine with a long finish. Classic Haut-Médoc: Charming, elegant and well balanced. All the characteristics of a Cru-Classé with the price of a Cru-Bourgeois.
