Soft, voluptuous mouth feel, integrated tannins. Silky smooth mid palate with a finish full of dark fruit and long lingering flavours.
The Holden Manz Big G is the estate's signature wine. Focused on the counterpoint between the two cabernets - parent and child - it variously incorporates merlot depending on the particular characteristics of each vintage.
