LA INVICTA NICARAGUA

La Invicta (translating to “The Undefeated”) was created by cigar importer Hunters & Frankau as a result of the difficulties to purchase Cuban cigars after the Second World War. This cigar uses tobaccos grown in Jamaica and other regions and is produced in the Placencia cigar factory in Nicaragua. The cigars deliver rich, robust flavours and aromas, synonymous with the tobaccos grown in the region. Find out more about La Invicta here.

Romeo y Julieta no.2

Named after William Shakespeare’s tragic lovers, the origins of Romeo y Julieta as a Havana date back to 1875. Romeo y Julieta’s balanced and aromatic blend of selected filler and binder leaves from the Vuelta Abajo zone make it the classic medium bodied Havana. For more information on the Romeo y Julieta No.2 cigar please click here.

Montecristo Tubos

Montecristo is the best known and probably the most appreciated brand of Havanas throughout the world. The name comes from Alexandre Dumas’ famous novel ‘The Count of Montecristo’. Although the Montecristo have introduced the new series of Montecristo Open and La Linea 1935, we're sticking with the classic, medium-to-full line which is Montecristo Tubos. Find out more here.

Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure no.2

Hoyo de Monterrey owes its origin to the town of San Juan y Martinez, which lies at the heart of the Vuelta Abajo tobacco zone. The flavour of Hoyo de Monterrey’s blend makes it an attractive choice for those who seek a delicate yet aromatic Havana that is lighter to the taste but with great elegance and complexity. Find out more about Epicure No.2 here.

Punch Coronation

Punch is one of the very oldest Havana brands. In 1931 Punch became associated with Hoyo de Monterrey and the two brands have been made at the same factory ever since. Punch’s distinct medium flavour is created with a blend of filler and binder tobaccos from the Vuelta Abajo zone. Find out more about Punch Coronation here.
