Jamie says: "The fruit for the Framingham Sauvignon Blanc comes from the Wairau Valley and is carefully selected for what character it can add to the wine.  Framingham Sauvignon has tropical fruit flavours combining with a refreshing smack of grapefruit and an interesting capsicum note to the finish with good minerality.  Framingham Sauvignon also has good depth as 30% of the wine is aged on the lees - a really classy New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc."
