Jamie says: "This Falerio is full of fruit and character and is great value. Floral character on the nose with orchard fruits and a faintly herbaceous character. The wine has good weight, great balancing acidity and that classic bitter almond finish. The Falerio is a blend of grapes, mainly Trebbiano but with Pecorino (not the cheese!) and the relatively unknown Passerina. Falerio is actually the name of the DOC where the wine comes from which can be found on Italy's central east coast, just north of the more familiar Verdicchio."
