Jamie says: "Juve y Camps Cinta Purpua Reserva is the entry level Cava from this top quality producer.  It has a floral note and a fantastic toasty depth with superb acidity.  A cut above most Cava's you may have tried.  Juve y Camps are based in Cava's spiritual home of San Sadurni d'Anoia in Penedes and this is a wine I have a close association with having been one of the first wines from the Laymont & Shaw portfolio that I tasted.  I soon discovered that this was a wine Cornwall was hooked on, and rightly so, it is super stuff."
